經濟不明朗，政局嘅不穩定和AI的影響。

未來幾年多咗不確定的因素，各行各業可能請少咗人，但是仍然在運作中。

認識幾個今年剛畢業的朋友，分別加入咗top MBB, top BB(GS/MS/JPM), Big Tech company 我另一個比較特別入左D.E. shaw.

市場不好，只係請少啲人，不會完全全唔請人。很多high income 公司係收縮一些部門，同時也會擴充新興部門，當然最終人手都係減少咗。

最近有PE firm 投大量新資金入Intel到，可能之後會改善。
